What is a credit?
One credit lets you upload and chat with one document, however many questions you ask. A 12-page contract and a 1,200-page filing both cost one credit. OCR is included.
Do credits expire?
No. Never. We do not run a subscription you have to remember to cancel. If you walk away for two years and come back, your unused credits will still be there.
How do I buy more?
Go to Account → Billing & credits, or visit pricing. Three packs:
- Reader — ₹399 for 50 documents
- Practice — ₹999 for 200 documents
- Chamber — ₹2,999 for 700 documents
- Enterprise — ₹9,999 for 2,500 documents
Refunds
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@chatwithpdfai.com.
Free tier
You get a few free credits when you sign up, so you can try the product before buying. These credits never expire.
Sharing your work
Your credits are tied to your account. You can share a generated test or a question bank with a colleague by email from inside the tool.
