What is a credit?
One credit lets you upload and chat with one document, however many questions you ask. A 12-page contract and a 1,200-page filing both cost one credit. OCR is included.
Do credits expire?
No. Never. We do not run a subscription you have to remember to cancel. If you walk away for two years and come back, your unused credits will still be there.
How do I buy more?
Go to Account → Billing & credits, or visit pricing. Three packs:
- Reader — $5 for 50 documents
- Practice — $29 for 400 documents (3 seats)
- Chamber — $119 for 2,500 documents (15 seats, SSO, BAA)
Refunds
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@chatwithpdfai.com.
Free tier
on signup. . These credits also never expire.
Team & shared credits
On Practice (3 seats) and Chamber (15 seats), all seats draw from the same credit pool. Add team members from Account → Team & seats.
